A few weeks ago, I attended a workshop with two Amazing people, Emmanuel Dagher and Sunny Dawn Johnson who are both great at helping people to rise above their circumstances.

Emmanuel helped me during a very difficult time when my son, Jeremy, had passed almost 3 years ago and I am forever grateful.

Sunny, who was new to me, has helped people for many years to connect with their Heavenly Loved Ones.

I loved listening to Sunny as she validated for me information what my Heavenly boy, Jeremy, shared with me to create our book Jeremy Shares His Love From Above, a guide to living a joyous life following the passing of a loved one and always.

When Jeremy shared his divine wisdom for our book, I initially did not resonate with some of his information. But as I allowed his words to settle, it began to make sense to me.

It was really nice though to receive confirmation from Sunny who is an expert in this field that what Jeremy shared was accurate.

At the workshop I attended, Sunny shared that our loved ones in Heaven only moved into another room (which is only another dimension) and they put on a new pair of shoes.

I really liked this and I felt that it was even easier now to connect with my boy, Jeremy, and in a playful way!

I asked Jeremy what kind of shoes he was wearing. He was silly and replied, “red, white, and blue shoes with stars.”

I laughed.

I then asked him several times since the workshop what type of shoes he was wearing that day.

One day it was white golf shoes and two days ago he replied blue butterfly shoes.

I laughed and envisioned him floating up in air with live butterflies connected to his shoes.

I asked Jeremy, “how can you have blue butterfly shoes?“

And, Jeremy replied, “I can have anything that I can think of and create, and you can to!”

He is right, I thought.

Anything that we can think of, focus on, give our attention to can begin to manifest into the physical form.

It’s like magic!

Just think of those who created the impossible, the Wright Bros., for an example, who created the first plane.

I am so appreciative that I allow myself to be open and accepting of my continued connection with Jeremy.

It helps so much with missing him in physical form and keeps us very connected until I am in the spirit form as well.

Jeremy is definitely my guiding light!

A Grateful Heart

My cup overflows with blessings in my life; my health, my family, my work just to name a few. I am so blessed! My life is amazing just as yours is as well. However, some may not see their life through the Rose Colored Glasses their God, divine maker, source energy does.

A person’s vision of life may be clouded with ailments, disappointments, frustrations resulting in the inability or unwillingness to see the beautiful life they live.

A grateful heart changes everything though. Being grateful for that unfulfilling job, that ailment that keeps you up at night, or the leaky faucet that continues to drip no matter how many times it’s repaired. Yes, being grateful changes everything.

Expressing compassion and gratitude shines your love on what one might term undesirable. Amazing light energy is released from the Heart and this divine energy can make all events, situations, and ailments begin to heal, prosper and rise above its current status.

A grateful heart changes everything. A grateful heart is your true divine essence. The essence of feeling blessed for everything on your path on your beautiful life journey.

So when you are aroused by an unpleasant thought or event, receive it with a grateful heart. Love it. Have compassion for it and feel the heavy energy of it becoming softer and lighter as your love, which is your natural state of being, overpowers any and all situations.

But don’t just take my word for it, give it a try.

Just imagine the heaviness of our world being lifted with grateful hearts.

It can!

It will!

And it begins with us!

When you arrived in a body on this Planet, you knew exactly who and what you were. However, this knowledge becomes lost for most of us when we begin to experience Earth Life.

 

You are a Divine Being made up of Divine Energy and you chose to have a Life Experience on this Planet.

 

Why did you choose this?

To Evolve!

 

Our beings are always in motion, moving forward, sometimes very little at a time, but always moving forward towards our Desired Divine Purpose!

 

Our Soul, our Spirit, our Inner Being know the specifics of our Divine Purpose, and whatever your’s might be, it is always to Evolve in certain areas.

 

To grow is Living!

To resist growing is not living so well and it can be painful!

Living in Fear is Resistance!

 

Your Spirit and Soul came to Earth to live, however, on Earth, we have the mind attached to our Earth body and our mind fights vigorously to remain stagnant. The mind’s initial purpose was to observe, however, when we chose to not live from our Hearts, then the mind took over. The mind tells us that we are limited, we are incapable, we are unknowing which creates fear within us if we allow. The mind tries to deter us from living and experiencing Earth Life as the Loving Beings that we truly are.

 

We can not blame the mind for its limitlessness as it was only trying to protect us and keep us safe, but in doing so, it prevented us from always seeking out our true desires, making needed changes, doing the things that really brought us joy, and truly experiencing the life we came here to experience.  However, we can become Enlightened to this Illusion or that which is not real, and we can Rise Above and return to living from our Hearts and to Living Our Life Purpose!

 

So, Let’s Review

Who are You?

You are Divine Light Beings connected to your Infinite Source Creator. The strength of your connection to your Source Creator is up to you and how connected you choose to be.

 

What are You?

You are a Divine Light Being embodied in an Earth body having an experience on Earth. The mind is attached to the body so this just comes with the package deal. However, you can quiet the mind to Live Heaven on Earth!

Why are you Here?

You are here to experience, to learn, to grow, to evolve your Divine Light Being!

How to Rise Above Grief Once a Loved One Transitions

 Cry. Let it out. Express your hurt, your anger, your discontent, your sorrow.

 Allow yourself the time needed to process all that is surrounding your circumstance.

 Know that what you are going through is a major life event with many changes and much growth involved.

 Ask for help. Don’t go it alone. Allow the support to surface, both on an Earth and Divine level. Accept the love you receive.

Discover the meaning of one’s passing from this lifetime, the gift in it just for you. There is always a gift.

 Be observant of those you attract, those that seek you out, those that request your help.

Know that you will make it through this difficult time, and then, Follow the Light!

Know that you will prosper and smile once again.

Know that your transitioned love one remains always by your side. They are safe. They are well. They are happy.

Know that you are Love, you are Loved, and you will always be.

Take care of you, rest, play and eat. It’s important!

Breathe, Breathe, Breathe! Breathe in loving support and exhale all thoughts not serving you and not moving you gracefully forward.

Love! Give your love. Express your love. Love learning the lessons you choose to learn in this lifetime just as your transitioned loved ones did.

Listen to us, your loved ones in Heaven, and follow our lead. We see you. We feel you. We know your path. We can help you!

Hear us in your dreams, songs played, text read. We come to you in creative ways.

Be open to our assistance as we can guide you gently on your path.

Know that we never left you and we never will.

When you sing and play and dance, you feel, see and hear us the most.

Know that all that occurs in our lifetime is divinely planned for us, and by us and our loved ones, so that we grow, expand, and evolve.

Allow yourself to live the joyous life you came to Earth to live, experiencing all aspects of Earth life. 

Move gracefully through Earth experiences. It’s a choice to rise above grief or to be stuck in the past. Life is short and you deserve to live the best life on Earth.

We are always with you, loving you and cheering you on. Our love for you is eternal and is always blossoming just like you.

Steps to Connect with Your Loved Ones in Heaven 

Step 1. Know that you are Always Connected to us.

Step 2. Deep Breath – Breathe in our love.

Step 3. Place your hand on your Heart.

Step 4. Listen to the Silence.

Step 5. Ask us a question. An example – Jeremy, why do I love you so much? (this is my mom)

Step 6. Listen. An example (from me) – Because mom,  you love to love.                         

My mom likes to do automatic writing which is writing what she hears. She feels this is easier as the answers just flow to the pen. 

And you ask, how does she know that it’s me and not coming from her.

Because she knows it’s not something she would say, so this confirms that it’s from me. 

Give it a try…..

We love to communicate with you.

We do it all the time.

Just pay attention.

My mom and dad were hiking at one of my favorite spots recently and  my mom sat on a bench and said “Jeremy, show me a sign that you are here”.

I told her to look up and she saw a heart with rainbow colors in the clouds.

Her camera didn’t capture how Amazing I made it.  

Earth technology 🙂 

She said, “I love you too, Jer”.

 

We communicate in the songs that you hear, the thoughts that you think, the circumstances that arise.

We are constantly communicating with your Spirit. 

Your Spirit has no resistance to connecting with us. 

We have done this for LIFETIMES.

The biggest tip I can give you to hearing your loved ones in Heaven is to 

TRUST WHAT YOU HEAR!

The more you trust, the stronger your connection is to us as your resistance is down. 

Our connection to you is always strong!

How Big is Your Love?

If you could measure your love, how big would it be?

An inch? A foot? A mile?

How big do you share your Love?

Share your love towards yourself? Towards others?

Do you wake in the morning and say “I love me” or grovel and say “I hope I make it through the day”.

Do you go all out or just a little? 

My point is, the bigger you love and share your love, the bigger the reward for you!

Yep, You! You heard me right or read me right! (lol)

Your life is about you, loving you, sharing your love! And that benefits you!

Sounds selfish I know, but it’s not.

Look at it like this – when you are loving You the most, you radiate an amazing love vibration that can benefit you Big Time! Love is the highest vibration by the way and it feels Good!

Have you ever been around a person who really loved them self and noticed how they walked, talked, and dressed (not in an arrogant way as that is not really loving yourself but more of an insecurity thing)?

But they radiate an amazing Love Vibe and everyone wants to hang around them, and be and feel like them!

Loving big everything about yourself, your eyes, your hair, your imperfections can be so rewarding to everyone.

You see, living from within that highest vibration of love is Amazing. Everything flows naturally.

Everything is wonderful. Everything is perfect.

Even when unpleasant things happen, you feel that everything is still perfect!

Everything flows in a perfect manner.

This is how life is supposed to be!

You are love at your core. You may have forgotten this. But it is time to get back on track and back into the perfect flow where life is wonderful!

Start by Loving Big every part of you and yes even the parts of you, you may not have liked in a while or ever, and watch how your life improves and other’s lives improve as well because they are touched in magical ways by you!

So start today with loving your Big Toe and work your way up each day to loving the whole you.

You will love that you did!

What a wonderful Life Purpose of helping others to laugh and remember their true divine selves filled with laughter and joy.

Our true Life Purpose is to assist ourselves and others to remember our true essence that which is only joy and love.
